WIldlife Dynamics program
Informed decisions. Stronger CONSERVATION.
The California Deer Association’s Wildlife Dynamics Program connects on-the-ground conservation efforts with the science, research, and policy decisions that shape the future of California’s wildlife. The program promotes science-based wildlife management, evaluates emerging issues, and advocates for informed decisions regarding deer populations, predator management, hunting regulations, and conservation funding. By collaborating with agency partners, conservation organizations, and CDA leadership, the program helps ensure wildlife policies are transparent, accountable, and grounded in real-world results. Its goal is to strengthen long-term conservation efforts and protect California’s deer, other wildlife, and hunting traditions.
